The Barn House bed & breakfast accommodation, is set within its own grounds with ample private off road parking. The tranquil position on the edge of Llanon allows for lovely views of Cardigan Bay (just 11 miles South of Aberystwyth). Yet only 50 yards off the main A487 road which is one of the most picturesque coastal routes in Wales.

The village of Llanon takes its name from Non, mother of St. David, the patron Saint of Wales who is thought to have been brought up here.

This is a place where vacation time can be divided between the traditional seaside and the beauty of the countryside with walkers enjoying the landscape with views of mountains, green valleys, lakes and waterfalls.

Just 11 miles North from Barn House bed & breakfast accommodation is Aberystwyth with the National Library of Wales, University of Wales and the famous Cliff Railway, slightly further a field is Machynlleth with the Centre of Alternative Technology and King Arthur's Labyrinth.

To the South is Aberaeron with its Georgian architecture and Honey Ice Cream Parlour just 4 miles away. Next is New Quay renowned for its Sea Life Boat Trips and Dolphin sightings.

Inland to Tregaron an historic drovers Market Town where you can visit Rhiannon's Welsh Gold Centre and various studios of Local Potters, Woodworkers and Craftsmen.

Mary is a fully qualified and experienced ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) massage therapist and has diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. Mary has also undertaken an introduction to Cranio-Sacral Therapy and has completed the Cruse bereavement-counseling course.

An on going interest in massage therapy including courses in Romania and Spain and also more recently the integration of Japanese techniques has enabled Mary to offer a truly unique enjoyable and beneficial treatment for people of all ages.
